Editors
FALL 2009 EDITORS

Marc Farrior, Fiction Editor, is pursuing his fascination for storytelling as a second year Queens College MFA student. Originally born in Germany, Farrior was raised in the Netherlands before coming to the USA for school. For work, Farrior travels, writing about all of it.

Ann Podracky, Fiction Editor, is a second year graduate student of Queens College's MFA in Creative Writing and Translation. Her short fiction has recently appeared on the CUNY 9/11 Memorial Site and in the Queens College journal Revisions.

Tyler Rivenbark, Plays & Excerpts Editor, graduated from East Carolina University with a BA in English. Now a Queens College MFA student, he's had several readings of his play "The Sins We Commit" at TACT in Manhattan. Rivenbark completed a 2009 residency at the Louis Armstrong House & Archives. He is also a singer-songwriter, www.myspace.com/mygoodname.

James Shultis, Editor-in-Chief & Poetry Editor, is a freelance writer, poet, and Queens MFA student. His work has appeared in print and online journals including, Women Studies Quarterly (through Feminist Press), Farmhouse Magazine, and Next Door Magazine. Jenna Telesca, Creative Non-Fiction Editor, is a writer and teacher who is interested in promoting social justice through education and community art programs. She is at work on a collection of short stories about creepy inanimate objects and their relationship to people. She lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Yoshihisa
Tomonaga, Translation Editor, is a second year graduate student of Queens College's MFA in Creative Writing and Translation. His passion for translation extends into the review of it for Ozone Park Journal. His work focuses on translations of Japanese folklore, poetry, and short stories into English.


ASSOCIATE 2009 EDITORS


Hoyt Jacobs
, Poetry, is a first year graduate student of the Queens College MFA in Creative Writing and Literary Translation. He holds a BA in English from Georgia State University. Jacobs is a fan of mustaches and pirate ships. You can find him in Brooklyn, where he resides.


Brian Kim
, Fiction, is a first-year MFA student. He's from Virgina (and before that, Georgia) but please don't hold that against him.


Vivian Lopez
, Poetry & Translation, is an English teacher who occasionally fancies herself a poet. She is currently in her first-year of the Queens College MFA program focusing on poetry and literary translation. Her work has been published in decomP magazine.
